FOBP have been running very successful Car Boot sales in the Lido car park for many years. They have three main benefits:

• Advertising: FOBP presents a friendly face to the public and people can learn about and join us on site
• Funding: the fees from stall holders contribute significantly to the money we're able to donate to park projects. Some examples are - St Matthews Girls Football, the Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses (BPCG), biodiversity planting and development, the Miniature railway, ... etc.
• New Friends: volunteers / helpers meet and work with other FOBP members and make new friends.

There's a very friendly, buzzy atmosphere. The occasions are much enjoyed by buyers, sellers and helpers alike - and there are some tremendous bargains!
